why don't you and all the other "are we there yet???" brigade, deluge the office with more phone calls and emails.
It'll probably help take their mind off the phone calls that matter [to Brazil or Sweden], and the video conferences, meetings with CUE etc.
They don't need to worry about that crap, do they?
