why cant they do 4 ebit acquisitions like gem? If they could do consistent acquisitions at 4 ebit, this AFJ will be one of the best performing stocks on asx.
it'll be so good, it'll be at $2.00 rather than stuck at 1.16.
their last acquisition, was done at 6 times ebit, 50% above gem's multiple. what makes gem able to do acquisitions at such a lower multiple. has anyone asked them about this?
GEM's p/e and multiples are ridiculous though, 5.30 today esp as most of its acquisitions are not contributing such ebit for over 12 months away
