delays are always dissapointing, but in this market they can be devastating
SP currently 3.1 says it all
if the funding was meant to happen by now they would have made it happen. excuses and promises of delivery that are broken spell concern.
the market is going down further, so I would expect ESI's SP to fall further in line with the market and especially if news doesn't materialise soon
