He speaks in English in this video. Basically, correct me if I'm wrong but I think his thesis is that capitalism is EXTENSIVE system, by which he means that it must expand without limit but now there are no more places into which to expand. The other option is INTENSIVE system by which he means increasing the rate of exploitation within existing core regions of capitalism. As he says, capitalism is SELF LIMITING by which he means the democratic restraints which protect the population in the core regions from their own bourgeoisie, (think of the New Deal reforms), but this SELF LIMITING aspect is being dismantled under the current NEOLIBERAL agenda. I think this what he is saying.
