    Thanks for replying. I agree that ensuring they have plenty of cash on hand is essential. Excessive shareholder dilution is the thing I fear, which could come about if CRK were to become desperate for cash when its share price is low. I assume they have plans to avoid this problem happening.

    Their new Chairman is very experienced, which is also a positive.
