We will not have the facts about the proposed acquisition of Cascade Coal until we see the independent experts report to be sent out to shareholders in early March 2011.

I understand that the documents to be sent to shareholders are at present being reviewed by ASIC and relevant government authorities.

So lets get all the facts before we jump to any conclusions.

The directors of White Energy are of the view that the White Energy shares are worth $3.50 based on the Cascade Coal purchase consideration mentioned in the announcements to the ASX.
