My memory of the denuclearisation deal was that Kim stops testing and developing nukes...... there was no mention of Kim surrendering his nukes.
First mention of that I heard, came from that psycho Bolton, who demanded Kim immediately sends his nukes to the US for dismantling.
Kim would be mad to surrender his nukes. Look what happened to Saddam and Gadaffi......
