For CAY to have the backing of a force of cash behind them, as in EEA. Plus the contacts and knowledge to finally develop this amazing bauxite asset.
EEA have shown they can walk the walk and talk the talk. Plus have a big bank account.
My guess will be sometime after the vote is concluded.
