1. Market lacks confidence that Avenue type acquisition inorganic growth can be repeated in near term.

2. International operations need stronger oversight and enhanced managerial focus, including CEO relocation overseas. CCX brands remain some distance behind top tier plus size brands in USA such as Torrid, marketing capability, social influencer depth and all round brand awareness need significant uplift.

3. Board member skills base looks light on in respect of international experience and capability.

4. Lack of any real evidence that international new markets organic brand expansion is being realised at a rapid growth rate - promises of new market expansion is for a time still long way off.

5. Recent disturbing and irritating news that logistical issues remain unresolved in the USA/Avenue customer product delivery and handling category.
