Why CD Fund investors should vote against KAM taking over as responsible entity

Some substantial investors have followed up the E&P Proposal to hand over the responsible entity reins to KAM. Currently, we think investors should vote NO. There are no commitments or conditions on this switch that give us confidence KAM will aim to realise maximum cash from the CD Funds as quickly as possible.
