Interesting announcement from K2 this morning. There are some pretty strong commitments and assurances there. I shared the same concerns as Hobbes and others on this stream, but after speaking to K2 this week and encouraging them to give these assurances via an ASX announcement, I will be changing my vote to YES.
I am much more confident that K2 will act in the best interests of unitholders going forward (versus E&P) and that ultimately patient unitholders will realise their investment at very close to 100% of NTA (which I expect will grow from current levels).
