You miss the point. A confidentiality agreement such as an offtake agreement is between CDU and Oceanwide. One party [ CDU ] is unable to release details of such a confidential agreement without the consent of the other party [Oceanwide].

If CDU were to do otherwise and release without consent the details of the confidential agreement,CDU would be in serious breach of trust and the matter could well end up in litigation and a nasty relationship. Wayne and the CDU Board are not that stupid.
