do not forget that conroy had a previous attempt at censorship.. something to do with the internet filter, where there would be sites which would be blacklisted. off course, there was no way of knowing which sites would (or could be) be black listed.
maybe the nbn, is some super way to enforce censorship - because if all internet traffic goes through the nbn - then that is only one business, that needs to have internet filters.
on a slightly different topic, there was a story on tv about the explosion in the sale of "tablets" - in australia (and obviously world wide)... tablets = mobile internet - not fixed line stuff....mmmm then smart phones etc etc - all mobile.
