With all this talk of JP Morgan manipulating the POS, it would be the easiest thing in the world for the Chinese to drive up the POS and teach JP Morgan & others a good lesson.
They don't even have to spend a Billion $ doing it - all it would take is for a top Chinese Government official to state that the Chinese Government is going to accumulate PM's on an unprecedented scale.
But if you think about it, after lagging behind for centuries, the Chinese are in an desperate "accumulation phase" - so it suits them that the West is manipulating the price DOWN.
If they think that us Westerners are dumb, they are absolutely correct!
