From my understanding, CWE were second in line behind Aquamarine Power to get a linear actuator from Bosch Rexroth.

Now that Aquamarine Power has folded, CWE should be at the head of the queue.

A tenth scale WavePOD has already been built and has been sent over to Germany for testing.  Assuming that the technology works, BR would be keen to install their technology into a viable wave energy device. At the moment that leaves CETO 6 as their only option.  

Three years seems a very long time to have to wait, given that they are well advanced in developing the technology.

The sudden relocation of MO to the UK, may be a sign that CETO 6 has been elevated to the front runners position.

It might be that the WavePOD technology has proven to be superior to the one that CWE were developing. That being the case, why waste time and money knowing that a better option is available.

On another note, I can see parallels between Atlantis Resources and Carnegie Wave Energy.

AR have relocated from Singapore to Edinburgh to be close to where they will construct and operate their tidal devices.
