just vote no to 1,2,3 which are the resolutions to appoint the Directors Clee have nominated.
Then vote yes to 4,5,6,7 which are the resolutions to remove the existing Directors.
They then have to find replacements and put appointment to a vote. You don't have to vote yes to all or no to all - they can be mutually exclusive.
i think that's what I'll do... not happy with either proposal to be honest. But doesn't mean it's the ONLY option.
