COF 1.34% $1.11 centuria office reit

I'm quite baffled by the amount COF has sold off. It is 55%-60%...

    I'm quite baffled by the amount COF has sold off. It is 55%-60% off its ATH back in Feb-20, rent collections in FY22 were still high at 98.2% and debt maturity is 3.7 years. Revenue has consistently grown relatively consistent with acquisition. On the flip side I understand COF is more leveraged than it has been in prior years, continual interest rate rises are occurring and the office market in general has seen better days.

    For a long term holder like myself though, I see some great value in these coming months, COF is nearly at the lows of the COVID crash and although macro conditions have worsened since then, long term focus I hope will prevail with this.

    I feel this trend of COF has occurred across most of the listed REITs but most notably in COF
