    I agree with everything that you're saying here. REITs are an easy target when interest rates rise at it's always easy to understand that increased rates impacts real estate returns. I think the reduced dividend, although hurts slightly, was very much expected given the current SP.

    I believe we're in a bit of a no man's land at the moment given the state of the economy. I accumulated more shares after the initial drop, however, am waiting for all REITs to announce results before deciding who I top up on. Although the yield is less, I do like CIP just that little bit more than COF.
