Just some rough figures :
PRE SPP/IP buy out
342 mill FP x 2.1c = approx $ 7 mill MC
32 mill oppies 16th January 2014
POST SPP/IP buy out
Assume SPP places :
200 mill FP x 2c = $4 mill
400 mill oppies 16th January 2014
IP...55 mill FP + 110 mill oppies
Therefore :
Post SPP cap structure roughly :
597 mill FP (approx $12 MC @ 2c )
542 mill oppies 16th January 2014
ESI will own the IP with approx $3.5 mill in the bank.
WEC presently has a MC of $225 mill with inferior tech.
ESI MC $12 mill. Now thats interesting !!
VC agreeing to ALL the capex is the key.
