I will air my sincere views and what I believe is likely to happen. As certain as I am, I could be proven wrong. Oz house prices in 2010 may not crash (BUT RIGHT NOW I DON'T BELIEVE IT).
I won't tell you or anyone what to do.
I would say "one would....." in 3rd person.
Some will see my views as bias poison, others may embrace it as sound advice.
