Ok Hongjian38, You have convinced me.... I am selling every piece of realestate I own because YOU said it's going to halve in price. I am so glad you posted your PREDICTIONS here just in time for me to sell at the top of the market... Pheeew!!!
P.S. Will you keep in touch through this forum and post when the bottom of the market is in and prices won't fall any further. That is when I will start buying again!
