Hongjian. I own 1 investment property and looking to buy a place to live in. I understand that Real Estate people will ALWAYS sell the upside and we suffer cognitive disonnace etc etc. but can you please list your reasons why we are all doomed in the Property market. I like lists and I like alternative points of views.
