Theres no such thing as intelligence, apart from an abstract concept to describe what humans originally viewed was held by them and even more so, only the white ones, being the predominant view only 100 years ago

Its an evolutionary adaptation along with the ego to manifest our sense of identity and state of living to enhance our chances of survival. This led to agriculture and here we are on mass engaged in conflict, just like nature likes it

It is your arrogance and your ego that makes you believe intelligence is fundamental to life, it is nothing more that sensory processing and pattern recognition prioritising survival and procreation.

To believe that we cannot replicate biological "intelligence" is just simply foolish, but i dont think that will happen with this chip, but I think its a first step.
