The point I was trying to make in my earlier post was that Focus now (FML) was previously Austminex 2005 (ATX) Both these entities have extracted vast sums of money from the public for their ventures. Unfortunately there are companies that all to often capital raise, consolidate, change the name, then do it all again and some many times over. Sure some more educated people may be able to justify this sort of action. But for me as a bloke who has invested in mining companies for over 40 years I maintain my view its little more than screwing shareholders, sorry if I upset some people.
