why consolidate, page-20

thankyou so much for all the above info,I only posted because I wanted to know what other people thought,and your responses have been fabulous i now have the info i need to better understand how this market works.
For me personally I perfer they don't consolidate,i think the company and share price are doing quite well,the reason i asked,is that i have had other mining shares that have carried out cosolidations that shortly afterwards went out of business.
The reason I mentioned ozl is that this is also a company that I hold that I think is doing well but its share price is going down,so consolidation shouldn't change the share price if the company is doing well
