Directors will not exercise options unless they are in the money (at least I cant see any reason why you would), so GPN would have to be well and truly clear of the 3c mark to warrant it. In this case it can be very beneficial for directors to exercise options for two reasons; one they can then sell fpo if they wish for cash benefit (remembering that often in the early days directors might receive much of their benefit in issue of dhares or options). Just as importantly it gives more cash to the company through exercising of shares.
GPN certainly gettering hammered today but well within long-term uptrend. If shareprice can consolidate here might even buy some myself.
