Ahjay, we now even have a Coroner informing us of the FAILURES of our criminal justice system.
The harsh reality is that the root causes of deaths and the PTSD of those involved in the Lindt Café Siege includes:
. Man Haron Monis - IMO a despicable and evil person.
. The ready 'availability' of hateful ideologies and in this case; radicalised Islamic dogma.
. Our inept and corrupt criminal justice systems - THEY failed us, big time!
. Our archaic, illegal and corrupt Constitution - one that was made obsolete in 1919 and following the sacrifices of our armed forces in WW1.
