Ahhhh so in HIND SIGHT you can see that the doom sayers were wrong. At the time they were as convinced and as rabid as yourself, they were actually quite aggressive when people like me disagreed with them.
But here we are again only 4 years later and the doomsaying is back again.
Here's a hypothetical for you. If in another 4 years the disaster you are forecasting doesn't come then what? I think I know what.
At that time you will say well NOW prices are too high and unaffordable they will drop xy% yaddah yaddah yaddah. I'll be there to argue with you mate, don't worry about that.
