Falling everywhere eh?
Well I have in my hot little hand the very latest RPdata report of (factual) sales and data in my chosen locations in Perth and it is displaying a 5.2% increase in actual sales prices over the last 6 months and analysing the (increasing) listing prices and the (decreasing) number of properties on the market over the same period. The demographics also displays the majority of residents are earning over $80k with average mortgage of around $1200-$1400 p/m with rents now over $320 and rising.
Top 10 pick of API last year and rents increasing.. forecast for +20% increase in 2008...all on target and happening as stated by API.
I am very comfortable from where I sit. Love this state :)
