luv your reasoning ric..................except a lot of us got into close to the city and we are staying there........we probably started off way out in the sticks........cause thats all we could afford at the time....u know when we were first home buyers years ago.......but later we worked our way into the city........all those first home buyers want to get into the city.............but they don't want to pay the market price.............hehehehhe well if absolutley no-one will sell to you at your price...........what can you do ???? ok pay a higher rent to go into the city...........or do what most do........start out in the sticks and work your way up...........
