This has been my central argument about the fundamental reasons which determine where people choose to live. I have tried to convey these fundamentals again and again but I am ignored.
The problem is that people start of with an outcome they would LIKE to see and then they twist everything to make that outcome seem inevitable.
I have been hearing this for decades and always from embittered people who missed out. Read some of my posts from 2004 where renters were forecasting back then that property prices would drop 40 or 50% in the next 12 months. I laughed at them then and I am laughing at these guys now.
