investment idiot, I agree.... maybe put it this way, if a house is not interested by investor, it is most unlikely being interet by home owner.
Having said that, if someone own a home where investor are not interested, the value of the property is likely to fall rather then raise.
Another argument been keep discuss is get a high pay job, so the average ppl out there do have a degree. Under normal situation, ppl will get a job which is relevant to their highest qualification. What the argument is applicable to is for someone with degree in accounting and work at coles casher. But how many of them are in such situation? Further, in current market,i doubt is easy to get a higher than market pay while companies are being careful at their budget too as interest going up.
