Why is it spiraling?
1- The acquisition of TeaBreeze Jurassic Park was dubious, suspicious and reckless at best.
2- Partnering with GiBBrish is like partnering with a chimp!
3- Horrible Balance Sheet
4- Commingling Crypto with REE mining is a premature and a desperate move to pseudo prop up the balance sheet. it is quickly proving to be an unequivocally stupid one.
5- The Last $20 M + Private placement was the Achilles point.
6- Cash burn approximately $14.0 M/ Month
...what a disaster for the poor investors
