1-The closing of the Stage 2 interest in TeaBreeze is subject to other customary closing conditions, including additional governmental approvals by the Greenland government.
2-There is no guarantee that the Company’s acquisition of the Stage 2 Interest will occur.
3- These conditions indicate a material uncertainty that may cast a significant doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concernand, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
4-Should the Company not be able to continue as a going concern, it may be required to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities other than in the ordinary course of business.
5-The financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts or liabilities that might be necessary should the Company not continue as a going concern.
