Success by all is when all start mining and making profits. Lets not kid ourselves GBB. Stop saying "success next door" until its actually happening and someone is buying higher than what you can produce/extract/develop or however you define your cost base.
Profit = difference between cost of production and what you sell it for, assuming that cost is lower then the sale price.
