Also you assured us that somebody had fraudulently signed documents on your behalf but we see that that wasn't a charge Australian Securities and Investments Commission has accused Barnes of providing false and misleading information in relation to Chameleon's $3 million float in 2003
would you like to try and explain yourself again or do we assume that you weren't telling us the truth based on this evidence
