Which needs a subscription. unfortunately when you usually state someone should go and look at something it's because the inconvenience might hinder their effort. But if they do I've often found what you say is not what transpired . I have had the situation explain to me as " He escaped his sentence by the skin of his teeth by utilising a court technicality".

again go look at the evidence rather than looking for bad news that is not correct on something that occurred in 2003. actually the characters involved were the same that were behind ggg .i agree not smart enough to avoid them ,but have subsequently to about 2010.
