Regardless why you are here, you compare GBB to any directors find in this forum, does any ETm or other mining directors have a contentious court case behind them or had ASIC chase after them? If every director you know does that, I will shut up, other wise I don't know what you are defending for. You don't need a court case to demonstrate one's credibility. GBB has zero anyways, him winning a highly contentious court case does not make him any more credible.
So yeah, proving him innocent doesn't prove your point. I wonder how did you come to that conclusion anyways?
