We honestly don't have time to be proofreading your grammar all the time . Clearly this statement makes no sense at all . Firstly if you were aware enough you would notice that the date of this proclamation came after the licence was issued. Therefore the licenced area was already determined and hasn't been carved up later and wasn't even required to be carved up under the World Heritage Requirements. the World Heritage area didn't come later whatever that's supposed to mean. It's been there well before the licence got issued. So we can see you're making up more rubbish here too
