We have all read how a certain two posters here claim that no crime was committed and total innocence exists however it appears that according to the court case documents that these same two people seem to be hiding a summation of it would appear to be this

This AI generated assessment seems to believe that what we're being told is not accurate and certainly there's no mention of innocence through other nasty people forging signatures. It just suggests an alibi where there wasn't enough proof to prove a certain someone was involved to the degree as had been found by the jury. So basically the judgement was not being questioned. It was just whether there was enough evidence to prove that certain people signed documents which I had imagined would be if any one had witnessed the signing and I do recollect someone saying the loss of the witness was the technicality of getting out of it. Now if this is correct of course you would know about it so is that what happened are you saying that you claimed that documents were forged because there wasn't a witness and there wasn't a witness because the witness disappeared after the first case and didn't want to continue to vouch that they had witnessed the signing? Therefore if the evidence is not submissible the original judgement must be thrown out?
If this is what you're claiming I hope you understand that I'd need to look into this a little further to ensure what you are saying is correct because so far it doesn't appear to be totally accurate Does it? Especially when you're reluctant on supplying any information that would support your statement.
We need to see the evidence to understand what happens and if we keep finding evidence like this that doesn't fall in line with what you've said how do you think that looks?
