Duff, I think it's not the management's fault they went down uranium path, you got to look back and the last two Government back lifted the uranium ban, so that ETM could proceed. GGG/ETM did their work on the basis that GoG allowed for Uranium exploitation. The position at the time prior to Act20 was, if the GoG changed their stance on uranium, they ETm was simply going to leave uranium out via a variation in their process plan, and leave it in the tailing. Even that was not allowed, so you can't win against a flip flop government who promise one thing then change their mind with no consequences to bear, hence the arbitration and litigation.
