    the exploitation licence was granted at the start of covid in 2020 . no money could be raised to an exploitation license was granted and covid financial crises over etc..etm who also started to drill also in 2007.

    Are you going to decipher this one for us or just keep pretending you never said it? It sounds like you're trying to make a point but then it ends up pointless. Do you think you can clean it up for us . Otherwise I have no idea what you're trying to say
