Be thankful that it is now reasonably steady with some level of support!
Look at the market depth. There is now 1.7M shares stacked at 10.5 cents. My guess is that as stock is mopped up at 9.9 cents, it is placed back on the queue at 10.5 cents to encourage more sell-down.
CVI has been in a downtrend for some time - it needs to confirm it has support at these levels or news before it can rise. May take many weeks for news to come through.
