These items by themselves, from personal experience building mines 09 to 2015 would be $50m++ assets. To get Nifty to where it is as of today, if starting from scratch would be $300 - $400m investment plus the time it would take to construct the project to this stage.
This asset purchase was day light robbery, if you knew what you were looking at, which Baz and team certainly did. IMHOBring on next financial year, lots happening. Get in while it cheap. Not financial advice
