You're no doubt correct, a fair few years out of the game and the dreaded inflation to consider.
An inflationary tale;
In 1922 Gold cost $20 an ounce. For $20 you could buy a nice suit, dine well and rent a suite at the best hotel, Now it's 2022 and a ounce of gold will cost around $1900 and $20 will get you a nice macca's meal.
