Finance "complete" this H1 would mean executed by end of June. He said a few weeks behind. So July sometime.
He did say that they had already received term sheets and alluded to quite a bit of back and forward between parties which he said was going well.
Can only have faith in the process. Baz will be doing the best for the company, no doubt.
