Its the same issue we have had all year, Baz gets overly enthusiastic and sets himself a deadline he misses. It's why he shouldn't talk timelines because even at the best of times they can be missed and its better to under promise and over deliver. Rather than set aggressive deadlines only to continuously miss them (something not too long ago you were congratulating him on).
