Most will buy at these low levels than participate in rights issue. Which will mean they have to raise more, which means the SP will get battered again.
These guys have a sound business and it will be a money maker. If they don't get reasonable finance terms, i.e. don't have to grab ankles, they should continue exploring and defer construction. Bloody expensive for what they are doing. You could build two gold mills pre-covid for the price of this refurb.
