OZL really is a mixed bag of results which from a casual observer is quite mottled.
OZL half yearly results mid last year AISC guidance came in at US$1.30-$1.50/Lb
Sept $1.30-$1.45, Dec $1.35-$1.55(Carajas east AISC US$3.436/Lb). Wasn't till this current report of US$2.10/Lb that you saw it launch upward. Carapateena debt load massively increased, mixed with impairments etc, so likely added steeply into the costs.
Is it poor reporting , decreased mining volumes or just obscured by debt load and writedowns?
