This is apples to oranges..
These guys wanted $1.5-2 billion for a multi year magnetite IO build (notoriously also go way over budget and are very complicated, see FMGs Iron Bridge), and they would have been destroyed by the interest payments... They were gonna build a deep sea port and massive underground slurry line...
Very different to a 1 year restart needing $200-300 mil for a very basic heap leaching project, that would see revenue quickly to cover finance costs and interest payments!
